Food shortages are stretching Chad on both sides of the country. To the west, it's hosting refugees from Nigeria. To the east, thousands of Sudanese are in camps, after fleeing the troubles in Darfur. They're largely overlooked. But it's in those camps that malnutrition is the worst. CGTN's Peninah Karibe has the story.
