ANC talks about Jacob Zuma's day in court

Published
Former President Jacob Zuma appeared briefly in the KwaZulu-Natal High Court earlier this week on fraud, corruption and money laundering charges relating to the controversial arms deal.

The matter could not go ahead as Zuma's legal team indicated he would appeal Friday's judgment dismissing his application for a permanent stay of prosecution. Zuma now has until the 1st of November to file papers and his criminal trial will resume in February.

Wednesday we discussed this issue with a political analyst and today we look at the opinion of the African National Congress, which has requested a right of reply. Joining us is ANC spokesperson Dakota Legoete.
