Zimbabweans have been forced to pay more for basic food items following the reintroduction of Value Added Tax on a number of them. Starting February 1, the Government is charging a 15 percent levy on meat, rice and potatoes among other food items. Farai Mwakutuya has been up and about gauging reactions
