Chad's President Says Boko Haram Has Been 'decapitated'

Chad's President Idriss Deby confidently declared that efforts to combat neighbouring Nigeria's Boko Haram jihadists had succeeded in what he described as decapitating the group. He also said the operation will be wrapped up by the end of the year. His remarks come as a multinational force prepares to be deployed to fight the militants. Maria Galang reports
