However, Somalia's electoral body says they've been pushed back -- with no new date given. The electoral body has repeatedly said it wants to hold the elections before the end of this year. Somalia's MPs will elect the new president. However, parliamentary elections have not been completed yet. That process has been marred by allegations of voting irregularities and corruption.
