EU Pledges Millions Of Dollars To Rebuild Central African Republic

The European Union has pledged nearly 450 million dollars to help rebuild the Central African Republic after years of fighting and bloodshed. The EU is already the largest aid contributor to the C.A.R., but despite additional commitments at a donors' conference, many still think the situation in the country remains fragile.
