KwaZulu-Natal dam dries up

Hot weather has seen dams in KwaZulu-Natal drop to below half and some areas are taking strain. The town of Harding in southern KZN is the hardest-hit, with the Harding Dam at below three per cent. There are calls for the Ugu District municipality to be declared a disaster area.
