Marking The First Anniversary Of The Lily Mine Collapse

When the crown pillar at the Lily Mine in South Africa collapsed on the fifth of February 2016, initial fears were that the night shift of 75 people were at risk. That wasn't to be. They were all rescued within a couple of hours. But three people, working in the light room, located in a shipping container above ground at the time, had disappeared into the giant hole, never to be seen again.
