Mauritius declares emergency over oil spill from grounded ship

Mauritius has declared a state of environmental emergency after a grounded Japanese-owned ship began spilling tonnes of oil.
France is to send help from Reunion, its neighbouring territory, and a volunteer clean-up operation is already under way.
