Nearly 2,000 migrants and refugees were rescued off the Libyan coast on Monday as they were trying to cross the Mediterranean. In a dramatic video released by the Italian coast guard, workers can be seen urging migrants and refugees not to move too much to prevent their overcrowded boat from tipping over.
