No Clarity On Whether South African Finance Minister Has Been Fired

There's still not word from the country's presidency on the fate of Finance Minister Pravin Gordhan. There's also still no work on why President Jacob Zuma recalled him from an investor roadshow in the UK. The Finance Minister landed on Tuesday in South Africa and went straight to the ruling party headquarters in Johannesburg. He then appearered at the High Court in the capital, Pretoria. [TAKE VO] The events have fuelled speculation that Minister Gordhan will be removed as Finance Minister. It's also fuelled speculation that a cabinet resuffle is imminent. But in the midst of all of this, a funeral is being held for liberation hero Ahmed Kathrada. President Zuma is not attending the funeral, but flags across the country are at half mast. It's believed clarity on Pravin Gordhan's fate may come once the funeral is over.
