South Africa opposition parties have condemned the deployment of troops in Parliament ahead of the president's State of the Nation address. President Jacob Zuma has ordered 400 members of the South African Defence Force to join his security team later today, to maintain law and order. Previous addresses have descended into chaos, with opposition lawmakers chanting and walking out en masse in protest against state corruption.
