President Kenyatta launches a multi-sector partnership to unlock youth potentials

Youth empowerment in the country went a notch higher Wednesday with the launch of an initiative targeting 30 million beneficiaries in the next 10 years. Dubbed Generation Unlimited Kenya, the program will see young people aged between ten and 24 benefit through education, training and employment. While launching the initiative in a virtual event, President Uhuru Kenyatta said his government is keen on unlocking the potentials of millions of talented youth in the country. He said the initiative will boost the economy, increase the wellbeing of families across the country, and help meet the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals.
