Tunisia has welcomed Belgium's decision to partially lift travel restrictions on its nationals. The restrictions had been put in place following a deadly attack on a Tunisian beach resort in 2015. A state of emergency has been in force since November 2015. Tunisia's Foreign Minister has welcomed the latest developments.
