UN To Send Peacekeepers Home Over South Sudan Inaction

The United Nations plans to withdraw some of its peacekeepers from South Sudan after troops failed to respond properly to a deadly attack in a compound that sheltered thousands of civilians.The move comes after accusations that the UN peacekeeping mission there, known as UNMISS, took too long to react to the February assault.
