Zimbabwe Mugabe Pushes For Cyber Crime Bill

Published
Zimbabwe's President Robert Mugabe wants parliamentarians to vote a controversial cyber crime bill into law in the interest of national security.

It will give security officials the power to seize mobile phones and laptops of individuals the state believes are inciting public violence using social media.

The opposition believes the bill will limit freedom of expression in the country.
