Zimbabweans Go Hungry As Drought Hammers Southern Africa

Up to 4 million Zimbabweans face hunger following poor harvests and a harsh El Nino induced drought. The government has been forced to declare a state of national disaster and has appealed for 1.6 billion U.S. dollars in food aid. An area called Mwenezi is one of the worst hit and residents there are bracing themselves for worse.
