Chinese Analyst Says Somalia Hotel Attack Not Targeted At Any Specific Country

At least 15 people were killed and dozens injured in a deadly explosion at a hotel in Mogadishu, Somalia, on Sunday. A security crew member working at the Chinese embassy, which is located inside the hotel, was among those killed. Analyzing the attack, Liu Guijin, the former Director-General from the Department of African Affairs of the Chinese Foreign Ministry, said that it didn't look like it was targeted at any specific country.
