The coastal town of Mossel Bay along South Africa’s Western Cape was the site of last week’s anti-migrant rampage. Nineteen-year-old South African Nhlamulo Sambo died amid that violence. His family say he was attacked because he was Tsonga and blame his death on what they call a “tribal war."<br />
