Chinese Vice-President Visits Djibouti To Strengthen Relations

China and Djibouti have vowed to further strengthen bilateral relations and cooperation in various fields. Chinese Vice President Li Yuanchao met and held talks with Djiboutian Prime Minister Abdoulkader Kamil Mohamed in Djibouti on ways of further strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries. Under the framework of 10 major China-Africa cooperation plans proposed by President Xi Jinping during the FOCAC Johannesburg summit and the Belt and Road Initiative, Djibouti hopes to strengthen cooperation with China in infrastructure, energy and industrial park construction. Djibouti prime minister said that the People's Rally for Progress hopes to strengthen exchanges at all levels with the CPC and learn from its successful experience.
