Gambia's New Leader Urges Citizens To Return Home

Gambia's new President Adama Barrow has declared an end to "the rule of fear". Speaking in the Senegalese capital Dakar, Barrow says Gambians have proved that indeed power belongs to the people. The Gambian leader has urged his citizens to return home and rebuild their lives. Barrow was inaugurated on Thursday at Gambia's embassy in Senegal because of concerns for his safety. Its still not clear when he will return to Gambia to take power.
