Mozambique Braces For 'deadly' Floods From Tropical Storm

The United Nations will grant Mozambique and the Comoros Islands $13 million in emergency funds, after the second cyclone in a month slammed into the region. Cyclone Kenneth has so far killed five. But rescuers are concerned about the safety of thousands of families cut off after rivers burst their banks outside Pemba, the capital of Cabo Delgado province.
