A ship carrying migrants has overturned in the Mediterranean Sea while sailing out of Libya. At least five people have drowned, but over 550 were rescued by the Italian navy. The navy patrol boat threw life rafts and jackets to migrants in the water... and rescued others standing on the upturned hull.
