35 British soldiers have arrived in Juba. The troops will join their country's engineering contingent of the United Nations Mission -- UNMISS. Another 400 personnel are due to arrive before the end of the month. They're expected to improve infrastructure bases in Malakal and Bentiu and construct a hospital. Millions of South Sudanese civilians are in need of humanitarian assistance, as fighting between the army and opposition forces escalates. [INSERT SOT]
