Tensions are running high in South Africa ahead of Wednesday's national budget speech. Finance Minister Praveen Gordan will be walking a fine line as economic growth remains stagnant this year, forecast at between 1 and 1.3%. Angelo Coppola looks at some of the expectations of his budget.
