At least 74 migrants dead in 'devastating' shipwreck off Libya

More than 90 people, including a six-month-old baby, have died off Libya's coast in an attempt to cross into Europe.
A search operation is also underway after another 74 people drowned on Thursday after leaving the Libyan port of Khums.
Rescue NGOs say there have been at least eight other shipwrecks in the Mediterranean sea since the start of October.
