Provisional results from Benin's presidential election suggest that no candidate has won an outright majority. The country's electoral commission revealed that the current Prime minister Lionel Zinsou will face businessman Patrice Talon in a second-round. The results will have to be confirmed by the constitutional court, before campaigning can begin again.
