The ongoing 2019 Africa Netball Cup in Cape Town is being run as a test event for the Netball World Cup that will be held in the same city in 2023. South Africa are hosting eight of the best teams from the continent including Kenya, Uganda, Zimbabwe and Malawi. CGTN's Travers Andrews has this report.
