People in the Central African Republic have voted in the second round of legislative elections under tight security after fighting between the government and rebel groups disrupted the polling in December.
President Faustin Archange Touadéra emerged as the victor in the first phase but rebels loyal to former president François Bozizé tried to wrest power from the incumbent amid allegations of voting fraud.
This time, analysts say poll turnout is low because of voter apathy.

Al Jazeera’s Andrew Chappelle reports.
