The United Nations says more than 200,000 people have fled violence in the Central African Republic in the past two months.
The military, backed by the United Nations peacekeepers and Russian and Rwandan troops, has been battling a coalition of armed groups trying to overturn December's presidential election.
Al Jazeera's Victoria Gatenby reports.
