ZANU PF Secretary for Legal Affairs, Cde Ziyambi Ziyambi, says the Constitutional Amendment Number 3 Bill received overwhelming public responses during the nationwide consultation process.
Addressing the ZANU PF Youth League National Assembly in Harare, Cde Ziyambi outlined the next parliamentary stages of the Bill, including committee reports, first and second readings, debate, committee stage and voting.
