One of the biggest stories to come out of Africa this year was about a lion. Cecil, a popular cat in the Zimbabwe's Hwange National park, was shot by an American dentist. The killing triggered global outrage - but there's been an unlikely positive outcome for the country's long-suffering animal rights activists.
