Libya has been torn apart by conflict and political power struggles since 2011 -- and civilians have borne the brunt. The oil-rich nation once had the highest standard of living in Africa. But now it can't afford to feed or take care of its people. And, as Thuli Tshabalala reports, the future is bleak for civilians living in areas still wracked by violence.
