Supporters of former Congolese rebel leader Jean-Pierre Bemba are delighted that the International Criminal Court has decided the politician will NOT serve any more time behind bars. Bemba has been fined 3-hundred and 50-thousand dollars and 12-months for witness tampering. BUT his sentence has reduced to zero due to time already served. CGTN's Chris Ocamringa reports
