Patrick Muyaya, the Democratic Republic of the Congo's minister of communication and media and a government spokesperson, has said that Global South countries should be storytellers at the center of global discourse rather than spectators. He made the remarks on Thursday at the Global South Media Partners Mechanism Inauguration Meeting and the 13th Global Video Media Forum held in Xi'an, northwest China's Shaanxi Province.
