Alpha Ramazani loves books, and he goes to extraordinary lengths to make it possible for other Congolese to share his passion for the written word. Major publishers have avoided the DRC, but Alpha transports the latest titles and other books to the capital Kinshasa, where he runs a small, independent store called Book Express. Complicated customs procedures, a relatively small, scattered target market, and hours on a plane are not enough to deter him!
