Economic Freedom Fighters' leader Julius Malema is not guilty of hate speech against Public Enterprises Minister Pravin Gordhan.
That's the ruling handed down by the Equality Court sitting at the South Gauteng High Court Thursday morning. Gordhan took Malema to court following his comments outside the State Capture Commission venue in November 2018.
