Egypt launches online trading platform called Safina

Inspired by the success China's Alibaba has made, Egypt has launched its own version; Safina, which translates to ship. The platform is Egypt's take on marketing its local products worldwide. It offers a wide variety of plastic, metal products as well as popular Egyptian exports like furniture and handmade carpets. Here is Adel el Mahrouky with more.
