Egypt P.M Sheriff Ismael says Egypt will issue Dollar bonds in mid-November. They plan to raise $2.5billion to $3billion. The Egyptian government is trying to increase its foreign reserves according to a $12 billion deal to be signed with the IMF. Yasser hakim has more.
