Egypt was preparing to send-off its biggest track and field star Ihab Abdelrahman to the Rio Olympics. Instead they are now bracing for a potential games without him following the javelin world silver medallist's suspension over a failed doping test. The 27 year old returned a positive test for excess testosterone from a sample taken back in April.
