Egyptian Prime Minister Sherif Ismail, has presented a government report to parliament. It's a constitutional obligation, through which the House of Representatives evaluate the Cabinet's progress. Technically parliament can reject what many in Egypt see as a poor government performance. But experts say the legislature does not pose a threat to the executive Authority.
