MUVEVI GETS FOUR LIFE SENTENCES PLUS 40 YEARS
Former police detective, Jaison Muvevi, was this Wednesday sentenced to four life terms plus 40 years in prison after the High Court convicted him of murdering four people in Wedza and Harare. The court dismissed his insanity defence and cited the calculated nature of the killings, use of a firearm and lack of remorse in handing down the sentence.
