Health officials in Kenya are watching the United States presidential election in trepidation. This is because the US government is a major provider of health related aid, and if Donald Trump wins the election, he could enforce a ban on giving funding to organizations that assist or do anything related to abortions. This often forces Kenyan women to seek alternative, unsafe abortions. DW's Marielle Müller reports from Nairobi.
