Gambia's New President Promises Sweeping Reforms, Opposition Chief Freed

Gambia's withdrawal from the ICC is now in doubt. President-elect Adama Barrow says the court promotes good governance -- and that is, quote, 'our principal'. Last week Barrow defeated long-time President Yahya Jammeh in the presidential elections. He's already promising sweeping reforms, as CCTV's Jane Kiyo reports.
