Ghana's economy is showing some green shoots of recovery. According to the Bank of Ghana, inflation is at its lowest rate in 4 years. That's in part due to a stabilizing local currency against the U.S. dollar which has made imports less expensive. Citizens however say that they are yet to feel the growth.
