Gorilla orphanage faces COVID-19 threat

In the Republic of Congo, a wildlife reserve rears Western lowland gorillas orphaned by poaching to be released back into their natural habitats. While the gorilla population has dropped by 60% over the last few decades, the Lesio Louna Gorilla National Reserve has done a lot to boost their numbers. But with the coronavirus pandemic reaching the Congo, the gorillas face another threat: being infected with COVID-19.
