The Government has launched an investigation into the deaths of three Budiriro residents who fell into an unsecured sewer drainage pit. Speaking before Senate on Thursday, Minister of Local Government and Public Works, Honourable Daniel Garwe, said culpable homicide is being pursued against those responsible.
