Guinea's electoral commission has began announcing election results, with incumbent Alpha Conde having an early lead. But his main competitor Celloun Dalein Diallo has already pulled out of what he calls, quote, "a sham election".... Millions of voters, around 75 percent of the population, cast their votes last Sunday, in the West African country's second free election in nearly 60 years, since independence.
