A series of explosions at a military base in Equatorial Guinea have killed at least 15 people and wounded 500 others.
President Teodoro Obiang said negligence over the use of dynamite at the base at Bata city had caused the incidents but provided no other details.
Hospitals are overwhelmed by the number of patients being admitted and have called for blood donations.
