Human Rights Watch is releasing a report today Jan 6 on: Atrocities in Burkina Faso by armed Islamists linked to both AQ and the Islamic State. The report, based on interviews with over 50 victims and witnesses interviewed during field research in Burkina Faso in November and December 2019, documents 20 attacks on civilians from April through December which left over 250 dead.
